Description

Working with the Director you will be responsible for agreeing, developing and principaly implementing the companies marketing and sales strategy

• The implantations and updating of the companies website

• Telephone calling targeted prospective clients and ensuring they are aware of RSM products, unearth future sales leads and provide quote where required

• Undertake Email marketing

• Generate suitable drawings using (SketchUp) to be included with all quotations

• Ensure that a brief daily and weekly report is completed and circulated to Directors You will assist all RSM employees working as a close knit team endeavouring to make RSM products one of, if not the best, in the industry.

Duties

• Represent the company to develop, generate and close sales leads

• You will be the first point of contact for answering the telephone to customers

• Act as the primary liaison between customer and Company

• Generate sales leads and enquiries

• Identifying prospective sales leads or opportunities

• Ensure that all prospective clients receive a quotation in line with RSM Accommodation Ltd terms and conditions and that each quotation has relevant plans/drawings confirming scope of quotation

• Regular updating of website with RSM photographs and news

• The estimating will be initially carried out by the Directors. You will be expected after a period of time to become involved with this using the RSM template where applicable. 

• Occasional travel to meet with clients

• Must demonstrate an advanced knowledge of the products being offered.

• Adhere to RSM company policies, procedures and ethical approach

• Follow up with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with product and service

• Use the internet, Google, Gumtree and eBay platforms to develop

• To meet all health and safety requirements of the role

Essential criteria

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent Customer Service skills

Desirable criteria

  • First Aid training or First Aid Appointed person
  • Sales and marketing experience
  • Knowledge of Sketch Up Graphics Software
